I started learning yoga, chi gung and meditation as a teenager and continued developing these through all the stages of my working life in teaching children, creative practice, natural health, my shiatsu clinic, event management and in motherhood. I was co director of the CIC community support group Zennistoun Hub in Glasgow, and co-founder and am owner of The Red Bus Edinburgh.
From 2019 I turned back again to therapeutic practice and dedicated time to further training, with KAY as a kids yoga and mindfulness teacher (when I'm Clunie Clouds) and with the Mindfulness Association to teach and deliver the 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Course. I am a registered BAMBA practitioner.
I now offer a portfolio of classes and treatments to help make the very best of life.

Get in touch to find out what could benefit you.

Starting here, what do you want to remember?
How sunlight creeps along a shining floor?

What scent of old wood hovers, what softened
sound from outside fills the air?

Will you ever bring a better gift for the world
than the breathing respect that you carry
wherever you go right now? Are you waiting
for time to show you some better thoughts?

When you turn around, starting here, lift this
new glimpse that you found; carry into evening
all that you want from this day. This interval you spent
reading or hearing this, keep it for life –

What can anyone give you greater than now,
starting here, right in this room, when you turn around?
